Carribean (caesalpinia brasilienis)

Color: Turquoise blue

Source: a mixture of plant extracts

Strike:  medium-slow

Note: Caribbean appears to be very sensitive to water types. The addition of Alum to the pot seems to help push the “blue” component of the dye onto the fiber.  It does not dye cellulose fibers.
